The warranty applies exclusively in a residential setting and covers defects in materials and workmanship that may occur during normal use and under the conditions for which our products were designed. This limited warranty is valid for a period of 10 years, during which we commit to upholding the standards of excellence that define us.

At TRICA, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact by incorporating recycled steel into the manufacturing of our furniture. Additionally, we ensure that every stage of our production process is environmentally friendly by systematically recycling waste and excess materials. In this way, we actively contribute to the preservation of natural resources while offering durable and high-quality products.

In our eco-friendly approach, we use powder coating for metal finishing. This technique significantly reduces the impact of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) on the environment, providing a healthier and more sustainable alternative to traditional painting methods. By opting for innovative solutions like this, we not only ensure the quality of our products but also our commitment to protecting the planet.

For our wood finishes, we have chosen a solution entirely water-based, hardened by a UV (ultraviolet) curing process. This innovative choice helps minimize environmental impact while providing durable protection and superior quality for our furniture. Thanks to this technology, we reduce the use of harmful chemicals while ensuring a flawless and environmentally friendly finish.

At TRICA, we are committed not only to preserving the environment but also to protecting the health of our employees. That’s why we exclusively use water-based glues and adhesives in the manufacturing of our furniture. This approach reduces the emission of harmful substances, creating a safer work environment while ensuring strong and durable adhesion.

Our furniture is not only meant to be used but to be preserved, appreciated, and even passed down through generations. One of the most important, yet often overlooked, aspects of an eco-friendly product is its durability. This is especially crucial when it comes to furniture. When a product is durable and/or easily repairable, it significantly reduces the chances of it ending up in a landfill. Additionally, it saves money in the long run, even if the product was more expensive initially. When a non-repairable product breaks, even if it is recyclable, additional energy and resources will inevitably be needed to produce a replacement. On the other hand, a durable product can be kept for a long time and even passed on from one person to another: if your tastes change and the furniture no longer brings you joy, a good durable piece will still meet someone else’s needs. Conversely, a broken and non-repairable piece has no further use.
